About Sammie: A New York City based dancer, model, and fitness professional, is a proud Mat Pilates Certified instructor, here to show the world the power of a little movement medicine! Her passion for wellness through movement started young, being a dancer and fitness scholar for 23 years, which led her to receive her BFA in Dance from Montclair State University. Years of honing her craft and further pursuing her career as a professional dancer in the some of the biggest industries in the world like the NBA. In this she learned that as a dancer, cross-training is important, but as a human, athletic fitness is an essential aspect of wellness, and a way of life in order to live a healthy lifestyle. All of this is what created her athletic approach to personal training and group classes, which leave you feeling confident and challenged, and maybe a bit intrigued in a new style of movement.
About Rob: A lifelong athlete and natural competitor, he excelled in lacrosse, basketball, and soccer from childhood through college. Upon arriving at Lafayette College, Rob immersed himself in both the Club Crew and lacrosse teams—training twice daily, six days a week on the water, supplementing with weekly lacrosse practice and dedicated weight sessions, all while earning his degree in Environmental Science. It was during this rigorous regimen that Rob discovered the critical role of injury prevention and the restorative power of swimming. Embracing the non-impact, full-body, cardio-focused benefits of the pool, he cultivated a balance that fueled peak performance in multiple sports without compromising his health. Today, Rob channels that expertise into Seven Seas Strong - a community forged on discipline, resilience, and continuous growth. Through carefully crafted swim based programming, he empowers clients to preserve their bodies, unlock their potential, and become the champions of their own journeys.

As a personal trainer with over two decades of experience under his belt, he's learned how to bring the best out of his clients.
